Every Thursday from 8:30 to 9:00 AM Central, via Zoom — right before the Real Talk About Real Estate call with Broker/Owner John Altic at 9:00 AM. It also appears on the training calendar.
Who hosts Perk & Purpose?
Jeremy Williams, Founder and Expansion Partner of Omnia Elevate, hosts each session. There's no agenda or presentation — the conversation follows whatever members bring.
Do I have to attend or prepare anything?
No. There's no requirement to attend and nothing to prepare. Agents affiliated with JLA Realty are independent contractors who control their own schedules, so Perk & Purpose is simply an open invitation to plug in, ask what's on your mind, and start your Thursday with clarity.
