What training does JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate offer?
JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate runs live weekly training on Zoom for its Texas real estate agents: the M.A.D. Call and Organization Call on Monday mornings, the S.O.A.R. Mastermind on Monday afternoons, T.H.R.I.V.E. Training every other Wednesday, and Perk & Purpose and Real Talk About Real Estate on Thursday mornings. Members also get self-paced access to 60 courses through the Master Training Pathway and in-person classes at JLA Realty offices across Texas, including free Contracts Boot Camp continuing education. All times are Central, and attendance is always voluntary.

Training Calendar FAQ
Is training free for JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate agents?
Yes. The weekly live calls, the Master Training Pathway with self-paced access to 60 courses, and in-person classes such as Contracts Boot Camp are included for members at no additional cost. Texas continuing education hours are also offered at no cost to our agents, with CE credit subject to TREC approval and course provider requirements.
Are the trainings virtual or in person?
Both. The standing weekly sessions run live on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in Texas. In-person classes, including Contracts Boot Camps, marketing workshops, technology training, and broker-led education, are held at JLA Realty offices across the state. The calendar shows the format and location for each event.
What time zone is the training calendar in?
All sessions are listed in U.S. Central Time. If you add the calendar to your own Google Calendar, events display in your device's time zone automatically.
How do I add the training calendar to my Google Calendar?
Use the "Add to My Google Calendar" button on this page. It subscribes your Google account to the Omnia Elevate training calendar, so new sessions and schedule changes appear automatically. Members can also see the full JLA Realty company calendar inside JLA Realty Workspace.
Do I have to attend every training session?
No. Agents affiliated with JLA Realty are independent contractors who control their own schedules, and attendance at any session is voluntary. The calendar is an opportunity we make available, not a requirement. Most agents choose the sessions that match where their business needs the most work.
Can I see the training before joining JLA Realty – Omnia Elevate?
